Maintaining a diet that consist of fresh foods is best. Our daily food intake should consist of high fiber, fruits, vegetables, healthy grains and lean meats. Low to NO saturated fats is the best for a healthy diet. Although, meat has been working its way out of my diet; eating lean meat options are best. When mind, body and soul are simultaneously fostered with love, and then cultivated with Earths Best blessings; the 3 elements coexist as 1 peaceful sentiment. A body that is well nourished is Wealthy spiritually, physically, emotionally and mentally.:)
